May the 4th Be with You: Star Wars Day
This is a Star Wars household. It wouldn’t be complete without the LEGOs!
Talk nerdy to me. Yes, these are the droids you’re looking for here.

Why do we celebrate Star Wars Day? According to Wikipedia:
Star Wars Day, May 4, celebrates George Lucas' Star Wars. ... The date was chosen for the pun on the catchphrase "May the Force be with you" as "May the Fourth be with you". Even though the holiday was not created or declared by Lucasfilm, many Star Wars fans across the world have chosen to celebrate the holiday.
This Stormtrooper isn’t wrong though. I miss Disney and those Mickey ice cream bars! Photo Credit: Star Wars Stormtroopers Beyond the Armor book.
How We Celebrate Star Wars Day
We love Star Wars, so we’ve collected, tees, figures, books, movies, and plushies. If you’re going to celebrate, you have to dress up with your favorite gear, play with some figures, and watch the each episode in order. (Or do you watch them in release order? I personally have no preference. I can watch them out of order and still feel content.) Plus if you aren’t wielding a lightsaber and accidentally knocking over a lamp or cup, are you really doing it right? Here are some of our favorites, but not limited to, so you can imagine the force is real.
Nothing but all-stars on our team!
Lego STar Wars
You can build your own Star Wars iconic characters and vehicles with true LEGO force and precision. There are many options to show your dedication to the Resistance and be rebel scum, or show your dedication to the dark side. The choice is yours! There is a special May the 4th Day sale with new sets and a free set while supplies last. Which set caught your eye? It’s hard to pick one as you can see from our building table.
Let go of my LEGOs! Below, the sagas await play time.
I mean, come on! How can you not want to add this set into your collection?
The Landspeeder is the two-seater you didn’t know you needed in your driveway.

Plushies & Figures
From stuffed animals that pull on your heart strings with their big old peepers or fuzzy exterior, you know the Star Wars character plushies that make you go, “Aw!” I’ve got a couple of those like this Porg. I love the Baby Yoda plushie, which also has been extremely popular after The Mandalorian show debuted on Disney+. I also enjoy the action figures. Of course, the ones in my collection are my fave. I’ve seen some extensive collections, but my small batch of Star Wars is just enough to play Jedi mind tricks when trying to clean and account for all of their little accessories.
Two troopers and a wookiee walk into a bar…
I’m not even halfway through and I’ve already learned so much about the Stormtroopers. I’ve linked this book on my Amazon shopfront on the button below here. Photo Credit: Star Wars Stormtroopers Beyond the Armor book.
Need to shop star wars goodies?
I put together a list on my blogger Amazon shopfront, where you can purchase your must-have Star Wars gear. *NOTE: I get a small commission based on total sales. If you choose to purchase, thanks for your support. If you don’t purchase, thanks for browsing and indulging in my favorite fandom and list of cute figures, plushies, books, and more.
Are you ready to celebrate? I downloaded the app PicsArt, where I edited the image and added this fun Star Wars logo sticker.
The Force is Strong in This One…
If Mace Windu has a purple one, I can have pink, ok? It’s a mash-up and it makes me wish I was actually in a Star Wars movie.
Go follow me on Instagram if you loved this look: @gingermeglam. I’d love to see your Star Wars cosplay and fandom gear, too.
Whether you’re rebel scum like me or on the dark side, I hope you enjoyed this celebration post.
